- 8 ounces imitation crab chopped
- 2 stalks celery finely chopped
- 2 tbsp parsley fresh, chopped
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
Gently mix imitation crab, celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, dill, black pepper, and parsley in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined. Add salt to taste.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
Stir just before serving.
